Two out of my three cats enjoy cardboard scratchers. The third one prefers carpet and our leather couch. The only problem with cardboard scratchers is shredded cardboard tends to go everywhere. So far I haven’t seen that happen with this one. I’ve only had it a couple weeks, and so far so good. The added package of catnip is a nice perk as well.

Both of my cats love these! Great deal! Good quality, cardboard scratchers. I ordered the 3-pack & each one came with its own packet of Catnip. The cardboard frame is sturdy & cute–it has little fish on the sides. I will definitely purchase again & again!

First of all,observe your cat and look how it scratches before buying any scratching pad.I had vertical scarfch post but cat never touched that.and now i bought horizontal ones and cat really like it and he use it.I bought these becoz there were 3pads,I kept on three different areas where cat scratch my carpet,sofa and bed.She uses it frequently but if u think that cat will forget about your furniture and will only scratch these pads,then u are wrong like i thought.Although frequency of scratching furniture decreased but whenever he get a chance he start scratching furniture and when I stopped him then he goes to scratching pad and scratch over there.Its good pad for the price and my cat immediately used it because he was horizontal scratcher.Pad looks quite big in the product picture,but mine are not bag.my cat is 5months old and he hardly fits on it.i think it should be little more wider.Its approx 8inches wide.overall its good product and it worked for my cat.

My cat always scratches my sofa, so I bought this product. She is so cute, the first day she got it, she tried to climb on it, and then she scratched it, and she found that it was so funny, I guess LOL, and she fell in love with it. And now she spent few time a day on that pad.
